Location : Leeds, Yorkshire

New offices in the heart of Leeds City Centre. The 11-storey prestigious office building covers 10,497sq m and provides 3 storeys of basement car parking.

Features of the project were the spacious central atrium and the tented roof and the building received a City of Leeds Architecture Award.

Celsius provided air conditioning to the 7th 8th 9th and 10th floors using ceiling void mounted chilled water fan coils with ducting and grilles.

Fresh air input, smoke extract and general extract were also provided, as were controls which integrated with the Satchwell building management system.
